Doug has over 25 years of experience leading BPO, distribution and consulting organizations. Doug has over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry with Convergys. While at Convergys, Doug was SVP, Client Services and was responsible for customers in the financial services, health care, consumer products, telecom, retail, auto and direct response industries. The scope of this work included customer care, inbound and outbound sales, technical support and receivables management. Other work experience includes Deloitte & Touche Consulting, Take Two Interactive and Vora Ventures. Doug has a BSBA from Ohio State University and a MBA from Cornell University.
