| Julie Casteel Joins TRG Customer Solutions as Executive VP of Business Development and Marketing |

Jacksonville, FL – TRG Customer Solutions (TRG CS) announced today that Julie Casteel, former Strategic Advisor to RingCube Technologies and Executive VP Global Sales and Marketing at ClientLogic/Sitel, will join the company as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.
Casteel will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Frank Kelly, and will play a key role in TRG Customer Solutions’ marketing and business development strategy. She will also be part of the TRG CS leadership team which oversees all aspects of the company’s strategy, planning and operations.
“With over a decade of experience on the business development and client services side, Julie is well respected in the BPO industry,” noted Frank Kelly. “Her strong background in contract negotiation and client relationship strategy is what made her stand out from the pack.” “After meeting with Frank and the rest of the team, I was thoroughly impressed with the drive and long-term vision for the organization,” said Julie Casteel. “TRG Customer Solutions is already a leader in the BPO arena, with a team that is delivering remarkable results for its business partners. Julie Casteel most recently served as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Contact Center Advisor for RingCube, providers of virtual desktop solutions for Work-At-Home computing environments. Previous to that she spent nearly 11 years managing global sales and marketing at ClientLogic/Sitel, ranked as one of the top 5 BPO’s in the world. |
