| TRG Customer Solutions Successfully Renews its Payment Card Industry (PCI) Certification |

JACKSONVILLE, FL – TRG Customer Solutions today announced that it has successfully renewed its certification as a Level 1 Service Provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) for the year 2010. This certification was renewed after an extensive, independent audit of TRG’s operations and processes conducted by SecurityMetrics Inc, a Qualified Security Assessor Company (QSAC), fully registered with the PCI Security Standards Council.
“New government regulations require all merchants and service providers that store, process, or transmit customer payment card data to be fully compliant with the 12 requirements of the PCI Data Security Standard,” stated John Veino, Chief Information Officer of TRG Customer Solutions. “These requirements include: building and maintaining a secure network, protecting cardholder data, implementing strong access control measures, maintaining a vulnerability management program, regularly monitoring and testing networks for system security, and maintaining a robust information security policy.”
The PCI DSS certification is a global information security standard designed to facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures to help safeguard sensitive customer account data. Jointly developed by the founding payment brands of the PCI Security Standards Council, which include Visa, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, Amex and MasterCard, the PCI DSS covers requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures.
